2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated (14g)
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cups icing sugar
1 cup Oikos® plain Greek yogurt
1 cup Danette® Vanilla Custard
3 bananas
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1/2 cups whipped cream, for decoration
10 cookies, for decoration

Using a spoon, mash the bananas and add cinnamon, set aside.
In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt with Danette® Vanilla Custard and the bananas with cinnamon. Set aside.
Whip the cream; when it doubles in volume, gradually add the powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
Melt the gelatin in a water bath and set aside.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the bowl with the yoghurt, custard, and banana mixture, taking care not to deflate the mixture.
Gradually add the gelatin to the previous mixture while stirring continuously, until fully incorporated.
Pour into cups and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Decorate with whipped cream and cookies.
