3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1/2 cups cajeta, liquid

The bananas are mashed and placed in a bowl. The eggs are added and beat until frothy. RESERVED.
The flour, sugar, salt and bicarbonate are sifted 3 times and gently incorporated into the banana mixture until everything is well integrated.
Walnuts are integrated. The entire mixture is poured into a previously greased and floured square mold and baked at 175 ° C for 50 minutes.
When ready, it is removed from the oven and left to cool covered with a cloth dryer at room temperature.
When cold, it is cut into regular-size squares and placed in paper cups.
