Banana, Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Coconut Squares

  • 100 grams instant oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 100 grams dulce de leche
  • 100 grams shredded coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons milk

  • Pour the oats, eggs, vanilla, banana, and baking powder into a bowl. Mix until you have a homogeneous batter.
  • Place it in a tray and bake at 100 °C for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden. Let cool and cut into two portions.
  • Mix the egg, coconut, milk, and vanilla.
  • In one of the portions, pour the sweetened condensed milk and the coconut mixture, cover with the other portion to form a sandwich, place on a tray and bake at 100 °C for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool and cut into squares.
