Pour the oats, eggs, vanilla, banana, and baking powder into a bowl. Mix until you have a homogeneous batter.
Place it in a tray and bake at 100 °C for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden. Let cool and cut into two portions.
Mix the egg, coconut, milk, and vanilla.
In one of the portions, pour the sweetened condensed milk and the coconut mixture, cover with the other portion to form a sandwich, place on a tray and bake at 100 °C for 15 minutes.
Let cool and cut into squares.
