Mix the melted butter and vanilla cookie. Set aside.
Blend the cream cheese, whipping cream, condensed milk, lemon juice, and D’Gari® Gelatin. Set aside.
Put the cookie mixture in a round mold approximately 25 cm in diameter and form a base. Integrate the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate until firm consistency is obtained. Set aside.
For the gelatin: pour the boiling water into a bowl, add the D’Gari® Wild Berry Gelatin and mix until completely dissolved. Distribute the gelatin in containers, ensuring the liquid layer has a uniform thickness of 3 cm. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely firm.
Cut the D’Gari® Wild Berry Gelatin into small cubes and place them on the already set cream cheese mixture, simulating pool water.
Decorate the gelatin with cookie sticks, gummies, and cocktail umbrellas.
