Blackberry Cheesecake

With this recipe, you can prepare a delicious Blackberry Cheesecake; you can change the Blackberry jam for your favorite flavor and serve it with fresh or canned fruits.

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 170 grams cookies
  • 1 1/2 sticks cream cheese, Philadelphia type
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 cups blackberry jam

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C for 10 minutes.
  • Crush the cookies and melt the butter.
  • Mix the cookies with the butter and place the mixture in a pie mold.
  • Mix the eggs with evaporated milk, condensed milk, and cream cheese.
  • Pour the previous mixture into the pie mold and place in the oven (previously heated) for 30 minutes.
  • Refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Add the blackberry jam for decoration and serve.
