4 tablespoons sugar
40 grams butter
2 cups blackberry jam, (for the filling)
1 can condensed milk
1 cup whipped cream, with sugar (or you can whip Lyncott cream with powdered sugar)
190 grams cream cheese
5 eggs

For the crust: crush the cookies, add the sugar and the previously melted butter.
Mix with your hands and place it in a pie mold, pressing well against the sides.
For the filling: blend the condensed milk, eggs, and cheese, then add 5 tablespoons of blackberry and mix with folding movements.
Pour the previous mixture into the pie crust and bake it in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 45 minutes.
Let it cool and decorate with the remaining jam and the edge with whipped cream.
