Blackberry Cheesecake Pie (Cold)

  • 20 María cookies, (for the crust)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 40 grams butter
  • 2 cups blackberry jam, (for the filling)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream, with sugar (or you can whip Lyncott cream with powdered sugar)
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 5 eggs

  • For the crust: crush the cookies, add the sugar and the previously melted butter.
  • Mix with your hands and place it in a pie mold, pressing well against the sides.
  • For the filling: blend the condensed milk, eggs, and cheese, then add 5 tablespoons of blackberry and mix with folding movements.
  • Pour the previous mixture into the pie crust and bake it in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 45 minutes.
  • Let it cool and decorate with the remaining jam and the edge with whipped cream.
