Blackberry Crepes

These crepes of blackberries are a delight, try them and you will see.   • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups whipped cream, for the filling
  • 250 grams jam
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar, to decorate

  • HOW TO MAKE THE MASS: Blend the flour, milk, sugar, eggs, pinch of salt and three tablespoons of oil.
  • Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  • Make the crepes in a pan, take care of the amount of oil and the temperature of the pan so they do not burn.
  • Way to serve: Fold the crepes in four and fill with whipped cream and berries, arrange three pieces on each plate. Sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with mint leaves.
