Blackberry Gelatin with Grape

Enjoy this beautiful bicolor gelatin, with a creamy flavor of yoghurt with blackberry and a water gelatin of grape, which together create the perfect combination to enjoy without guilt because they contain no sugar.

  • 1 box D´Gari® light jelly flavor yoghurt blackberry, (25 g)
  • 1 liter light milk, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 1 box D´Gari® light grape gelatin dessert, (25 g)
  • 1 liter water, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • grapes, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Hydrate the D´Gari ® light blackberry yoghurt gelatin in ½ liter of milk at room temperature for 5 minutes, add the ½ liter of boiling milk and mix.
  • Pour into a silicone mold, filling it halfway. Refrigerate until set.
  • Empty the contents of the D´Gari ® light grape gelatin into ½ liter of cold water. Let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
  • Add ½ liter of very hot water, mix until completely dissolved. Let cool, ensuring it doesn’t set.
  • Pour over the blackberry gelatin and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold, decorate with grapes and mint.
