1 box D´Gari® light jelly flavor yoghurt blackberry, (25 g)
1 liter light milk, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
1 box D´Gari® light grape gelatin dessert, (25 g)
1 liter water, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
grapes, for decoration
peppermint, for decoration

Hydrate the D´Gari ® light blackberry yoghurt gelatin in ½ liter of milk at room temperature for 5 minutes, add the ½ liter of boiling milk and mix.
Pour into a silicone mold, filling it halfway. Refrigerate until set.
Empty the contents of the D´Gari ® light grape gelatin into ½ liter of cold water. Let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
Add ½ liter of very hot water, mix until completely dissolved. Let cool, ensuring it doesn’t set.
Pour over the blackberry gelatin and refrigerate until set.
Unmold, decorate with grapes and mint.
