Place the flour, baking powder, and butter in a bowl. Mix until the butter is integrated with the flour, then add the egg, sugar, and salt. Continue kneading.
Pour in the water and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough, form a ball, and wrap it in plastic. Let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Put the blackberries with the sugar in a pot and cook for 10 minutes.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and pour it into the blackberries, cooking for an additional 15 minutes.
Flatten the dough into a circle, then place it in the mold, pour the blackberry mixture in, and with the leftover dough, make strips to place on top, brush with egg.
Bake for 20 minutes at 150 °C.
