  • 300 grams wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1/2 pounds blueberry
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 70 milliliters water

  • Place the flour, baking powder, and butter in a bowl. Mix until the butter is integrated with the flour, then add the egg, sugar, and salt. Continue kneading.
  • Pour in the water and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough, form a ball, and wrap it in plastic. Let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Put the blackberries with the sugar in a pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and pour it into the blackberries, cooking for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Flatten the dough into a circle, then place it in the mold, pour the blackberry mixture in, and with the leftover dough, make strips to place on top, brush with egg.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 150 °C.
