Blender Cake

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 45 grams unsalted butter , melted
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • nut , chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • In the blender jar, first pour in the egg, oil, milk, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and only 1/2 cup of sugar. Blend.
  • Pour the previous mixture into a medium greased baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter on top, sprinkle the other 1/2 cup of sugar mixed with cinnamon, and finish with the chopped nuts.
  • Bake for 20 min.
