4 San Juan® eggs
1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
3/4 cups cow's milk
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup blueberries
powdered sugar, for decoration
yellow lemon , cut into triangles, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, add the pieces of Huevo San Juan®, sugar, vanilla essence, salt, and whisk for 5 minutes.
Add the flour, milk, cardamom, and lemon zest, whisk until combined.
Mix two tablespoons of flour with the blueberries and add to the previous mixture.
Pour the previous mixture into two medium tart molds.
Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Decorate with powdered sugar and yellow lemon.
