  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cups artificial sweetener, granulated
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cups cottage cheese

  • Blend the gelatin, lemon juice, and water.
  • Heat the milk and add it until the gelatin dissolves.
  • Then add the two egg whites, vanilla, sugar substitute, and cheese to the blender.
  • Mix it until it has a smooth consistency.
  • Add the fruit and save some for decorating the pie at the end.
  • Put the entire mixture in the mold and place it in the refrigerator.
