1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cups artificial sweetener, granulated
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cups low-fat milk
2 egg whites
2 cups cottage cheese

Blend the gelatin, lemon juice, and water.
Heat the milk and add it until the gelatin dissolves.
Then add the two egg whites, vanilla, sugar substitute, and cheese to the blender.
Mix it until it has a smooth consistency.
Add the fruit and save some for decorating the pie at the end.
Put the entire mixture in the mold and place it in the refrigerator.
