Blueberry Muffins

Delicious muffins with the extraordinary touch of some delightful blueberries!!!

  • 1 egg
  • 75 grams vegetable oil
  • 190 grams sugar
  • 240 grams flour
  • 160 grams cow's milk
  • 8 grams baking powder
  • 8 grams vanilla essence
  • 120 grams frozen blueberry

  • Whisk the egg, oil, sugar, milk, and vanilla together.
  • Incorporate the flour and baking powder in 2 portions. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the frozen blueberries and gently fold in so they don't break apart.
  • Pour into the molds and bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes.
