Delicious fluffy balls, perfect for breakfast or as snack verspertino. They have a sweet taste of sugar and cinnamon that you can not resist.

1 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1/2 oranges, just the juice
1/4 tablespoons baking powder
sugar, to sprinkle
cinnamon, to sprinkle

Mix the eggs with the melted butter and the orange juice. Beat and add the vanilla, baking powder and sugar.
Sift the flour, add it to the previous mixture. Incorporate and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
Remove the mixture and knead with a little flour. Make small balls and fry.
Since they are fried sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
