Brie Cheese with Berry Jam

Prepare this brie cheese with berry jam recipe in just 20 minutes, perfect for that sweet craving on an outdoor grilling day. Don't forget that in this dessert, the cheeses should be served warm, accompanied by slices of baguette.

  • 2 Brie cheeses
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cups blackberries
  • 1/4 cups almonds
  • 1 baguette, in slices
  • 1/4 cups dry white wine, for the jam
  • 2/3 cups strawberry jam, for the jam

  • Prepare your Weber® grill for high direct heat (450° - 550°F or 232° - 287°C) and soak the Weber Cedar Planks in water for 30 minutes prior to grilling.
  • In a bowl, add the jam ingredients and mix until fully combined. Add the raspberries and blackberries. Set aside.
  • Place one cheese on a cedar plank and on top, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar followed by the berry and almond mixture to taste. Repeat this step with the second cheese.
  • Place the cedar plank on your grill over high direct heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove the cedar plank from the grill. Serve the warm cheeses accompanied by slices of baguette.
