Brownie and Cheesecake Bites

A delicious and very easy recipe for brownies topped with cheesecake. It’s a dessert that impresses and tastes amazing.

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 sticks cream cheese
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • the additional ingredients that the box of brownies asks for (vegetable oil, egg and water).

  • Make the brownie mixture following the instructions on the box. Generally, it asks to combine the mix with egg, vegetable oil, and water, and to beat it.
  • Prepare a rectangular baking dish and grease it with vegetable spray. Pour the brownie mixture into it.
  • Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the brownie mix.
  • In a mixer, beat the cream cheese with the sugar and the egg. Beat until the cream cheese is fully integrated.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie mixture.
  • If desired, use a knife to create swirls in the mixture to generate brownie waves within the cheesecake mixture.
  • Bake for the time indicated on the brownie package, remove from the oven, and allow to cool.
  • Cut into small squares and serve.
