1 teaspoon baking soda, Arm & Hammer®
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup butter
1 cup raw sugar
1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs
3/4 cups chocolate chips
2 tablespoons cocoa, extra brut
1 egg yolk

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Sift the flour, Arm & Hammer® Baking Soda, and salt.
In a bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, refined sugar, and vanilla until creamy, then add the eggs.
Gradually add the dry ingredients. Mix well, incorporate the chocolate chips until a dough forms.
Divide the dough in half and reserve one half.
In another bowl, place the reserved half of the dough, add cocoa and the yolk, mix well until you obtain a dark dough, refrigerate and set aside.
Form a log with both doughs and wrap in wax paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Slice the cookies with a knife and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes and cool.
