  • 1 teaspoon artificial flavoring, imitation vanilla, almond, or butter
  • 8 teaspoons cow's milk, or water
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon meringue powder
  • 1 pinch salt, dissolved in the liquid of the recipe
