  • 4 eggs , for the cake
  • 1 cup milk , for the cake
  • 1 cup vegetable oil , for the cake
  • 1 cup pancake mix, for the cake
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest, for the cake
  • 1 stick cream cheese, for the frosting
  • 3/4 cups whipping cream , for the frosting
  • 3/4 cups powdered sugar, for the frosting
  • strawberry , for decoration
  • blueberries, for decoration

  • Blend the egg, milk, oil, sugar, pancake flour, and orange zest until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the cake mixture into a previously greased and floured baking dish. Bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
  • Combine the cream cheese, whipping cream, and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until firm.
  • Spread the cake with the frosting and decorate with strawberries and blueberries to form a flag.
