To make the filling for the cake pops, crush all the Oreo cookies in a food processor.
Place the crushed cookies in a bowl and mix with the cream cheese using your hands, adding it little by little; you can use disposable plastic gloves. The final mixture should have a soft playdough consistency.
With the dough, shape 1-inch or 20-gram balls; you can use a digital scale to weigh them. Make balls until you finish the dough. Then refrigerate them for 30 minutes or 15 minutes in the freezer to firm them up.
Now melt the chocolate wafers in 30-second intervals in your microwave.
Dip a bit of the plastic lollipop sticks in the melted yellow chocolate, then insert the cooled dough balls halfway. Return them to the refrigerator for another 15 or 10 minutes so that the chocolate cools and the cake pops become completely firm.
Now dip the cake pops in the yellow chocolate; remember to shake them a bit to remove the excess chocolate, then stick the pops with the cake pops into a foam block. Repeat this step with all the others.
Once the chocolate is solid, use an edible paint marker or a brush and the black edible coloring to paint the faces.
