  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 cups vanilla frosting
  • 600 grams white chocolate
  • 2 packages oreo-type cookie , crumbled

  • Start by preparing the chocolate cake according to the instructions on the box. Once ready, allow it to cool.
  • Prepare two baking sheets with wax paper.
  • In a food processor, grind the chocolate cake until you get chocolate cake crumbs.
  • Pour the chocolate cake into a bowl and mix with the vanilla frosting. Mix well until a moist and manageable dough forms.
  • Make 50 balls with your hands from the dough and place them on the sheets. Chill the balls in the freezer for 10 minutes or in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until they are hard and firm.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Dip the cake balls into the chocolate and place them on wax paper. Insert the lollipop stick and coat with crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Allow them to dry completely before serving.
