No-Bake Smiling Cake Pops

These Smiling No Bake Cake Pops are excellent for children's parties, as well as original they are very practical because you don't need to use your oven to prepare the filling.

  • 48 OREO cookies
  • 120 grams cream cheese
  • 1 package chocolate, in yellow tablets to melt (Special to cover Cake Pops)
  • black gel food coloring

  • To make the filling for the Cake Pops, grind all the Oreo Cookies in a food processor.
  • Place the ground cookies in a bowl and mix with the Cream Cheese using your hands, add it little by little, you can use disposable plastic gloves. The final mix should have a smooth clay consistency.
  • With the dough, make balls of 1 inch or 20 grams, you can use a digital scale to weigh them, make balls until you finish the dough. Then refrigerate them for 30 minutes or 15 minutes in the freezer to firm up.
  • Now melt the Chocolate Bars in 30 second intervals with your Microwave Oven.
  • Dip some of the plastic Popsicle Sticks into the melted yellow Chocolate, then insert the previously cooled dough balls in half. Return them to the refrigerator for another 15 to 10 minutes to allow the Chocolate to cool and the Cake Pops to set completely.
  • Now dip the Cake Pops in the Yellow Chocolate, remember to shake them a little to remove the excess Chocolate, then stick the sticks with the Cake Pops on a Styrofoam cube. Repeat this step with all the others.
  • Once the Chocolate is solid, use an edible paint pen or a brush and the edible black food coloring to paint the faces.
