  • In a bowl, mix the Gamesa® Pancake Flour, skim milk, eggs, and butter. Mix well until no lumps remain.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and grease it with butter.
  • Grease and place a removable mold (without its base, just the ring) on top of the skillet, this is to ensure all the pancakes are the same size.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of the pancake mixture.
  • Flip the pancakes when bubbles appear and the bottom is golden brown.
  • Repeat the previous step until you have 10 pancakes, making sure to use the same amount of mixture so that they are all the same size.
  • For the frosting: In a separate pot, heat the butter and chocolate until melted.
  • In another bowl, whip the cream until fluffy, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla, and continue whipping.
  • Add the previously melted chocolate to the mixture and beat until smooth. You can put the frosting in the refrigerator for a few minutes to make it a little firmer and prevent it from spilling over.
  • On a cake platter, place a pancake and cover it with the frosting you made.
  • Cover the next pancake with jam and place it upside down (on top of the other pancake, touching the chocolate frosting). Repeat these steps until all layers are complete.
  • Once all the layers are assembled, use a piping bag filled with the store-bought chocolate frosting to cover and decorate the cake.
  • Finally, add chocolate chips on top.
