Almond and Chocolate Cake

250 grams bittersweet chocolate
300 grams almonds
250 grams sugar
14 eggs
1/2 liters chantilly cream
1 cup powdered sugar

Low
Boil the almonds to soften the skin. Remove the skin from the almonds and grind them.
Grate the chocolate.
Separate the yolks and egg whites. Combine the yolks with the sugar, almond, and chocolate.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
Pour the mixture into two circular molds. Pre-greased and floured.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
Frosting: Whip cream with powdered sugar until thickened.
Spread the frosting between the two cake layers (like a sandwich) and on top.
