1 cup flour
1/3 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 glass almond liqueur
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cups almonds, in pieces
1 stick double cream cheese
1/2 cups powdered sugar

Beat in a bowl the eggs, sugar, oil, flour, vanilla, 2 tablespoons of liquor, and baking powder until it reaches a creamy and thick consistency.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Add chopped almonds to the mixture.
Place liners in the molds, one liner per mold.
Fill the liners a little over halfway.
Once the entire mixture is in the liners, which are in the molds, put them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
While the pastries are in the oven, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar gradually.
When these ingredients are incorporated, add the remaining liquor, this time beating at high speed to avoid lumps.
Remove the pastries from the oven, let them cool, and unmold from the molds.
Using a spoon or a piping bag, add the cream cheese and amaretto topping to the pastries.
Eat them hot or cold.
