Apple, Cinnamon, and Blueberry Bread

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups nut , finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 4 green apples

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the sugar and oil in the mixer, mix, and then add the eggs one by one.
  • Add the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; add the walnuts and blueberries.
  • Incorporate the peeled and grated apples.
  • Grease a mold and flour it, pour in the mixture.
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
