1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 cups nut , finely chopped
1/2 cups cranberries
4 green apples

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the sugar and oil in the mixer, mix, and then add the eggs one by one.
Add the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; add the walnuts and blueberries.
Incorporate the peeled and grated apples.
Grease a mold and flour it, pour in the mixture.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
