10 pieces of bread, it can be bolillo or sweet bread
pieces of bread, from the day before, cut into cubes
3 cups whole milk
1/2 cups whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
3/4 cups raw sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
6 eggs, shakes
1 cup liqueur, apple

Heat the milk a little and turn off the heat, add the cream, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, and apple liqueur.
Add the eggs gradually and beat them very well with the milk.
In a mold of 25 cm in diameter, place wax paper, arrange the bread, and pour the milk mixture over it so that everything is covered.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and then bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour, then take it out of the oven.
