2 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoons salt
4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1/3 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
2 cups carrot , finely grated
1 cup nut
1 cup coconut, grated
1 stick cream cheese
1/2 cups powdered sugar
lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
Grease a bundt pan with butter and dust it with flour, set aside.
In the mixer, combine the first 10 ingredients.
Once the mixture is ready, fold in the carrot, grated coconut, and nuts with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into the bundt pan and bake in the oven for one hour.
Turn it off and let it sit for 10 minutes.
For the frosting, put the cream cheese in the mixer; when it is creamy, add the powdered sugar. Once mixed, add the juice of one lemon.
Remove the cake from the pan, decorate with the frosting, and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
