To prepare the base, pour the cookies and one-third cup of butter into a bowl.
In a short glass, place some of the base mixture and press down with a spoon to compact. Repeat this step with 3 other glasses to have the appropriate portions.
To prepare the filling, pour the apple puree, milk, cream cheese, water, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and the packet of Splenda into your blender. Add the packet of gelatin for each liter to create a thicker texture. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Place the cups in the refrigerator for one hour to achieve firmness. Before serving, place the apple cubes in a pan with 1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter and sauté. Once ready, decorate the cups with the cubes.
