Mix the cookies with the butter and press well into the bottom of a mold. Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water and heat until it boils.
In a separate bowl, blend the cheese, milk, condensed milk, and juice in a blender until well combined. With the blender running, add the dissolved gelatin. Pour the mixture over the cookie base.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with blackberry jam.
