5 1/3 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
7 tablespoons sugar
2 1/4 cups cream cheese
1 tablespoon powdered gelatin
3/4 cups whipping cream
2 1/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt

Crush the cookies and add the melted butter.
Press 3/4 of the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the cookie crust.
Beat the sugar and cream cheese until a creamy texture forms.
Sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of water and melt over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt into the cream cheese mixture, gelatin, and whipped cream until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour the mixture over the cookie crust.
Sprinkle the remaining cookie mixture on top and refrigerate for 8 hours.
