  • 1 1/3 cups chocolate chip cookie

  • 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin

  • Crush the cookies and add the melted butter.
  • Press 3/4 of the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the cookie crust.
  • Beat the sugar and cream cheese until a creamy texture forms.
  • Sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of water and melt over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt into the cream cheese mixture, gelatin, and whipped cream until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the cookie crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cookie mixture on top and refrigerate for 8 hours.
