One of my family's favorite desserts is the Creamy Oreo Cheesecake, perfect for any occasion. It's a simple recipe that will surprise all your guests with its rich chocolate flavor. Delicious!

Preheat the oven to 325° F.
Separate the cream from 9 packages of cookies and crush them into powder.
Mix the crushed cookies with the butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually add 2/4 cup of sugar while continuing to beat.
Beat the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar with the egg yolks until pale.
Beat the cream cheese and mix it with the flour, salt, the remaining quarter cup of sugar, and the heavy cream.
Incorporate the mixtures gently until fully combined.
Break the cookies from the remaining three packages into pieces and fold them into the final mixture.
Pour the mixture into the pan with the cookie crust and bake for an hour and a half or until firm. Once ready, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an hour.
Melt the couverture chocolate in a double boiler and pour it over the cheesecake, then let it cool.
Decorate with the cream set aside in the first step and enjoy!
