We mix the hot water with the powdered sugar until we get a caramel.
We mix the caramel with the sweet cookies and butter until we obtain a dough.
We place the base in the container where we are going to make the cheesecake.
We place the container in the freezer for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, we mix the condensed milk with the cream cheese, 1 cup of milk, and vanilla extract, and we put it in the microwave for 1 minute. Then we add 1 packet of unflavored gelatin and mix with a mixer on medium speed while adding the other cup of milk.
We take the base out of the freezer and place the mixture on top, then let it chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, we make the sauce, placing the water with the sugar and the blackberries in a pan and mixing until we obtain a sauce.
We divide the sauce into 2 parts and then add the other packet of unflavored gelatin to one of them, mixing until there are no lumps, and then we add the other part of the sauce.
We pour the sauce over the cheesecake and keep it in the refrigerator until serving.
