340 dark chocolates , in small pieces
1 tablespoon cream
3/4 cups unsalted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
3 packages cream cheese
1 tablespoon nut

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate with the butter.
Once everything is melted, add the cream and vanilla. Let the mixture cool.
Beat 2 eggs, the sugar, and add the cream cheese until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Add the chocolate mixture to the cream cheese and continue beating.
Pour into a cheesecake mold previously prepared with the cookie crust.
Bake at 160ºC for approximately 2 hours or until firm.
Refrigerate, and once cool, unmold.
