Chocolate cheesecake is a delicious dessert that everyone loves. You can enjoy it at any time of the day; as a dessert or as a mid-afternoon snack.

  • 340 dark chocolates , in small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 3/4 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 packages cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon nut

  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate with the butter.
  • Once everything is melted, add the cream and vanilla. Let the mixture cool.
  • Beat 2 eggs, the sugar, and add the cream cheese until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Add the chocolate mixture to the cream cheese and continue beating.
  • Pour into a cheesecake mold previously prepared with the cookie crust.
  • Bake at 160ºC for approximately 2 hours or until firm.
  • Refrigerate, and once cool, unmold.
