Rice Pie

We present you a different, fun, and very tasty version of the classic cheesecake. The Rice Pie recipe is very easy to prepare and has an unmatched texture.

  • Crush the cookies as much as possible.
  • Melt the margarine and add it to the cookies. Place that mixture in the pie mold.
  • Blend the eggs, milk, flour, and sugar until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the cookie crust and bake it at 200° C for 30 to 35 minutes.
