Strawberry and Alpen Cereal Cheesecake

This delicious cheesecake is much healthier than any other since the base is made of cereal and not cookies. You will love the creaminess combined with the nuts from the Alpen Cereal.

  • 4 cups Alpen® original cereal
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 100 cow's milk
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup strawberries

  • Crush the cereal in the blender.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave, mix it with the crushed cereal.
  • In a removable pie mold, place the cereal base. Flatten it with your fingers.
  • Blend the cream cheese at room temperature, the condensed milk, and the whole milk.
  • Wash and disinfect the strawberries and add them to the previous mixture. Blend until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  • Heat the water and dissolve the contents of a packet of gelatin while stirring. Pour it into the blender, blend one last time.
  • Place this mixture in the pie mold, refrigerate for 2 hours, and unmold.
  • Garnish with halved strawberries, brush with natural syrup (mix water with sugar and heat until it thickens).
