For the crust, mix the cookies with the sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Place the crust in a 20 cm pie dish, pressing down with your fingers to cover the entire dish.
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until very smooth. Add the eggs, pumpkin puree, sour cream, sugar, and spices. Finally, add the flour and vanilla and finish beating.
Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
