2 packages cream cheese, packages of Philadelphia cream cheese (226 grams each)
1/2 cups sour cream
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 eggs
strawberry jam
1 cup strawberries

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Mix the room temperature cream cheese with sugar using a mixer.
Add the eggs one by one, making sure to scrape down the sides with a spatula.
Add the cream, cornstarch, and vanilla, and mix well.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
The center of the cake should be slightly jiggly. Let it cool.
Decorate the cake with jam and strawberries.
