Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 F).
Crush the Maria cookies until they turn to powder. Melt 130 grams of butter in a pot and add the powdered Maria cookies. Press into the cake mold to make it smooth.
Mix the cream cheese (at room temperature) with sugar using an electric mixer. Add the eggs one by one, making sure to scrape down the sides with a spatula.
Add the cream, cornstarch, and vanilla, and mix well (just stir quickly to avoid overmixing).
Place in the mold with the cookie base.
Using a spoon, add tablespoons of jam (previously mixed or dissolved in the microwave to make it liquid). Use a knife to make circular motions, mixing the jam and creating a marbled effect.
Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes (the center of the cake should be slightly jiggly when taken out of the oven).
Let it cool for one hour.
