  • 600 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams yogurt
  • 30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 200 milliliters water

  • In the blender, place the package of cookies and crush them, melt the butter and put the crushed cookies, butter, and 100 g of sugar in a 20 cm mold. Distribute evenly across the base of the mold and press down with your fingers until compacted.
