Chocolate and bean cake

  • 250 grams black beans, cooked
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 30 grams cocoa powder
  • 180 grams agave syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter , to grease

  • Place all the ingredients, except for the butter, in the blender. Blend until you have a homogeneous paste.
  • Grease the mold you will use with the butter. Pour the blender mixture into the mold until it fills 3/4 of its capacity.
  • Bake at 180ºC until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool for 20 minutes, unmold, and serve. You can sprinkle a little cocoa powder or powdered sugar on top.
