Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 23 cm pan, preferably a non-stick cake pan.
In a bowl, mix the chocolate, sugar, butter at room temperature, egg yolks, and vanilla extract.
Add the boiling water and mix until everything is well combined.
In another bowl, beat the 6 egg whites until stiff peaks form. Then, gently fold in the previous mixture in three parts. Pour into the pan and bake for 50 minutes.
Once cooled, unmold and sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with red strawberries of your choice.
