Preheat the oven to 160°C, grease and flour a cake pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, chocolate pudding, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the hot coffee with the cocoa powder until dissolved, then gradually add the milk and vanilla extract. Set aside.
In a mixer or with an electric mixer, combine the sugar and oil, and beat.
Add the apple puree until well mixed, then add the egg and egg whites until a homogeneous mixture forms.
Add some of the reserved dry ingredients and a little of the liquid mixture, alternating until both mixtures are fully added. Beat until everything is well mixed.
Add the FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt and lightly beat to combine.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Unmold and sprinkle with powdered sugar and grated chocolate.
