- 200 grams lard
- 200 grams chocolate

- Melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat to form a smooth cream. Let it cool.
- Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla until a soft and smooth mixture forms and combine it with the previous chocolate cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold everything together. Pour into a preferably heart-shaped pan and bake at 160ºC for 25 minutes. Let it cool in the oven.
- Decorate with chocolate mousse.
