This chocolate cake is delicious, simple to prepare, cheap, and above all has a very good presentation; the best part is the thick layer of frosting that is also delicious.
The cake:
1. Sift the flour into a bowl.
2. Pour in the water, oil, and eggs.
3. Beat at medium speed until the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour into a floured mold and place it in the preheated oven at 180° for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
For the frosting:
1. Heat the cream, sugar, and chocolate pieces on the stove.
2. Beat the mixture in a frozen metal bowl; if you prefer, you can use a larger mold with ice as a base for the mold you will use to maintain a temperature of around -4°.
3. Beat the mixture on high until it becomes firm.
4. Once the cake has cooled, frost it and you're done.
