In a mold, combine the following ingredients one by one; the eggs, brown sugar, oil, walnuts, milk, cocoa, and baking powder.
Once all those ingredients are mixed, taste the batter, gradually adding cinnamon, pepper, and clove to achieve a slightly spicy flavor without being too strong; if it loses sweetness, you can add a little more sugar.
Once this mixture is ready, place it in a gas oven mold, previously greased and floured, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan with a little water, dissolve your preferred drinking chocolate tablet over low heat; once ready, gradually add the powdered sugar.
Remove from heat and let cool; once at room temperature, add the butter until you form a spreadable and delicious frosting. If you want to give the frosting a better color, you can add a tablespoon of cocoa or a little instant coffee.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool, remove it from the mold, if it is too large, you can cut it in half and fill it with the same frosting, if it is thin, just cover it with the frosting on the outside.
Garnish with chopped walnut pieces.
