Mini Chocolate Cake

This mini chocolate cake recipe is quick, simple, and delicious.

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg

  • In a bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, and sugar.
  • Once mixed, add the egg, milk, and oil, and mix well.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes, and if the cake is still liquid when you take it out, put it back in for another 2 minutes, as each microwave has different power; I set mine for 5 minutes.
  • Once you take the bowl out, use a fork or spoon to remove the cake and place it on a plate.
