Mini Chocolate Fondant

This mini chocolate fondant recipe is perfect for preparing at children's parties or to end a dinner with your friends on a high note; prepare them and surprise them with this delicious recipe.

  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 300 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoons salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • Preheat the oven to 220ºC and grease 6 small molds with butter.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter using a double boiler.
  • Add the sugar and salt and whisk with a balloon whisk.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla and continue whisking.
  • Add the flour and finish whisking well.
  • Pour the mixture into the 6 molds and place them in a somewhat deep container so you can add some water while they bake.
  • Boil two cups of water and pour it into the container with the molds.
  • Bake the mini cakes for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the edges comes out clean, but when inserted in the center, it comes out slightly moist.
  • Pour the mini cakes into individual plates and serve.
