1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cups unsalted butter
3 eggs
3/4 cups cow's milk
1/2 cups cocoa
1 stick bittersweet chocolate
1 can condensed milk
1 glass brandy
strawberries, or any red fruit to decorate the cake.

Sift the dry ingredients.
Beat the butter in the mixer until smooth, adding the eggs one by one.
Add the dry ingredients, milk, and vanilla gradually.
If desired, chopped nuts can be added.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.
Chocolate frosting: melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the condensed milk, mix and stir until combined. Remove from heat and add the brandy.
Once integrated, frost the cake. Decorate with strawberries or cherries.
