I love this recipe, as it was one of the first I made, it is simple and easy to make with kids, and the whole family enjoys it, and the cinnamon flavor is exquisite. A perfect preparation to accompany with a nice coffee or tea.

250 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
250 grams sugar
2 eggs
250 milliliters cow's milk
1 pinch salt
125 grams unsalted butter , melted
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon and transfer to a pot with the sugar.
Beat the eggs and milk with the salt and transfer to the pot with the flour and sugar, working quickly with a spoon until the lumps disappear.
Incorporate the butter and pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured rectangular or circular mold, bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Let it cool and unmold. Ready to enjoy.
